Born and raised in Southern California, I’m now raising my two adventurous boys with my husband, here in the beautiful mountain community of Tehachapi, CA.

I founded Body of Light Yoga School to help people discover the innate brilliance of the human body, experience deep inner healing, and align more fully in Spirit. Sharing movement, breath, and nutrition is a divine calling of my soul, and it’s an honor to hold space for others to explore, transform, and embody the fullness of life through the embodiment practices on BLYS Online.

With over a decade of experience, thousands of teaching hours, development of various training curriculums, and experience working with students of all abilities, my intention is to support your goals; physically, spiritually, and professionally.
