During this two-day immersion, you'll learn:

• The Rasa Flow philosophy and methodology

• Foundations of embodied sequencing

• Fascia-informed movement design

• Anatomy and physiology

• Nervous system literacy for class structure

• Time under tension and progressive layering

• How to build cohesive Rasa Flow classes

• How to teach the Rasa Flow experience

Upon completion, you’ll be officially certified in the Rasa Flow by BLYS Method. You will feel empowered and ready to lead with confidence. You’ll make lifelong friendships, and experience a weekend of pure connection & movement.

Prerequisite: Practice the Rasa Flow classes on BLYS Online to have an understanding of how the practice feels. No previous certifications are necessary, but having a strong movement practice (dancers, fitness coaches, strong yoga practice, etc) will be helpful for your success in the training.
