Paleo Pancakes

Start your day the BODYWELL way with these Paleo Pancakes —soft, golden, and subtly sweet banana-almond pancakes that nourish your body and keep cravings in check. With only a handful of clean ingredients and zero grains, they're the perfect quick-fix breakfast or post-movement recovery fuel. Easy to digest, naturally energizing, and oh-so-satisfying.
You Will Need:
2 eggs
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp baking powder
Splash of Almond Milk (or milk of choice) to blend
Optional: splash of vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
- Heat a non-stick pan on high for 1 minute, then lower to medium-low. 
- Add a touch of butter or ghee to coat the pan. 
- Pour batter into small rounds. 
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and set. 
- Serve warm and top with seasonal fruit, a sprinkle of hemp seeds, or a drizzle of raw honey.
