Paleo Pancakes

Start your day the BODYWELL way with these Paleo Pancakes —soft, golden, and subtly sweet banana-almond pancakes that nourish your body and keep cravings in check. With only a handful of clean ingredients and zero grains, they're the perfect quick-fix breakfast or post-movement recovery fuel. Easy to digest, naturally energizing, and oh-so-satisfying.

You Will Need:

2 eggs

1 ripe banana

2 tbsp almond butter

½ tsp baking powder

Splash of Almond Milk (or milk of choice) to blend

Optional: splash of vanilla extract

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan on high for 1 minute, then lower to medium-low.

  3. Add a touch of butter or ghee to coat the pan.

  4. Pour batter into small rounds.

  5. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and set.

  6. Serve warm and top with seasonal fruit, a sprinkle of hemp seeds, or a drizzle of raw honey.
