Grain Free Ground Chicken Pizza

It’s everything you love about pizza—minus the grains, guilt, and post-carb crash. One bite and you’ll wonder why you ever settled for takeout.
For 2 Pizzas You’ll need:
2 lbs of Organic Ground Chicken
4 Eggs
1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
PLUS: Pizza Toppings of Choice. Some options include: Marinara Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Black Olives, Green Bell Pepper, Thin Sliced Red Onion, Jalepenos, Mushrooms, or anything else that you would love on a pizza!
- Preheat your oven to 400 
- Combine ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper until fully incorporated. Spread onto lined baking sheets into 2 circular or rectangular shapes. Make sure your crusts are thin and evenly spread so they cook all the way through. 
- Bake for 25 minutes and then allow to cool slightly. 
- Increase the oven temperature to 425, and add your desired toppings. 
- Bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Allow the pizza to cool, and enjoy!
