Grain Free Ground Chicken Pizza

Think crispy, protein-packed crust made from seasoned ground chicken, perfectly golden and sturdy enough to pile high with your favorite toppings. It’s everything you love about pizza—minus the grains, guilt, and post-carb crash. One bite and you’ll wonder why you ever settled for takeout.

For 2 Pizzas You’ll need:


2 lbs of Organic Ground Chicken

4 Eggs

1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

PLUS: Pizza Toppings of Choice. Some options include: Marinara Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Black Olives, Green Bell Pepper, Thin Sliced Red Onion, Jalepenos, Mushrooms, or anything else that you would love on a pizza!

  1. Preheat your oven to 400

  2. Combine ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper until fully incorporated. Spread onto lined baking sheets into 2 circular or rectangular shapes. Make sure your crusts are thin and evenly spread so they cook all the way through.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes and then allow to cool slightly.

  4. Increase the oven temperature to 425, and add your desired toppings.

  5. Bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Allow the pizza to cool, and enjoy!
