Dark Chocolate Dipped Strawberries (or any fruit!)

A decadent yet wholesome treat, these organic dark chocolate strawberries are packed with antioxidants and pure indulgence. Perfect for a nourishing dessert or a sweet snack!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 12 organic strawberries, washed and fully dried 
- 4 oz (about ½ cup) organic dark chocolate chips of your choice; you can decide sugar content and preferred darkness 
- 1 tsp organic coconut oil (optional) 
- 1 tbsp crushed raw almonds or cacao nibs (optional) 
- Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional) 
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. 
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil on the stove stirring frequently or in short 15-second bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth. 
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place on a parchment-lined tray. 
- Sprinkle optional toppings; crushed almonds, cacao nibs, or flaky sea salt before the chocolate sets. 
- Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes for a firmer shell. 
For an extra antioxidant boost, drizzle with melted cacao butter or dust lightly with cinnamon! You can swap out the strawberries for any fruit of your choice, or dates. Make a large batch to store in the refrigerator for nourishing your sweet cravings throughout the week!
